ABOUT SARAH

With more than a decade of work experience in law practice, healthcare, and Fortune 500 business, Sarah (President and Managing Consultant) has proven to be a versatile strategic partner with a gift for problem solving, quick thinking, structured communications, and, oddly enough, curing HOA and condo association problems.  Sarah believes that a well-run HOA should be treated like a business, but most HOAs managed by a volunteer group of neighbors need help navigating the complex issues that combine legal documents, revenue generation, people management, and rental property considerations with the often-high emotions related to a person’s homestead and investment.  Sarah's skills in process improvement and ability to think outside the box are major assets both to HOA Boards of Directors as well as small businesses needing help.

Sarah holds a Juris Doctorate (JD) and a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics from Brigham Young University, and a Master’s of Business Administration from Milligan College.  In addition to her education, Sarah is professionally trained and certified in PROSCI Change Management, The Consultative Process, and Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving and Decision Making, and holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification - all of which have helped to hone Sarah’s strong process improvement skills.  She is also licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Virginia.

In her free time, Sarah volunteers with local cat and kitten rescues by writing their social media fundraiser posts, and she is an avid knitter whose blankets contain magic powers to help babies sleep.
